What to Expect With Our Landscaping Process

You can count on Green Guys for the installation and maintenance of your landscaping. From sprinkler systems to xeriscaping, we do it all. What is it like to work with us? 1. Contact Us

Call or text us today to get started! You can also use our request page to get started. We will reply within 24 hours.

2. Initial Phone Consultation

We’ll get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit for your project. We’ll talk about the scope, timeline, and budget of the project.

3. On-Site Visit

We’ll discuss the details of your project including materials and colors and take measurements to provide a proposal for the project. We’re committed to creating your outdoor paradise!

4. Optional Design Process

If you don’t know what you want for your yard, we’ll help. We can prepare a landscape design for approval prior to providing an estimate to bring your vision to life. This service starts at $999.

5. Proposal and Signing

We use reliable estimating software to prepare a concise proposal that details the steps, pricing, timelines, terms, and conditions. Once approved, you simply provide a 50% deposit to get on the schedule.

6. Utility Location

If required, we will call to get your public utility lines located. If private lines need to be located, you will need to hire a locator. We will not be responsible for unmarked private lines.

7. Construction

Our talented and focus-oriented contractors arrive at your property to execute the project items as outlined in our proposal. We complete your project, do a final walk-through, provide maintenance information, and settle the balance of the contract.

8. Maintenance Services

If you want, we can provide seasonal services for ongoing maintenance for an additional cost. You can select options like sprinkler start-up, sprinkler winterization, and/or lawn fertilization.
